No. Recruit lives inside your Balusen workspace. We're rolling out per-agent purchases — for now access is granted by request.

Which file types can it parse?

PDF, DOCX, and TXT. Parsing is done client-side for text extraction; OpenAI handles structuring and matching.

Can I tune the matching algorithm?

Yes. Match Settings let you set the weight (%) of primary skills, experience, education, certifications, location, and tooling.

Will this be available standalone?

Yes — Recruit is the first agent in our marketplace. More vertical agents (Outreach, Support) are on the way.
